We took part in the workshop 'La artesanía de los sueños' (The crafts of the dreams) organized by CICUS / Sevilla University (Spain). There we showed some work about our short film Bitseller, currently in production.

Our most recent cartoon series project has obtained financial aid from the regional government for its development. MauseCorp has been the only cartoon series selected from among all those presented for the latest round of aid convened in Andalusia in 2011.
We were in Sevilla (Spain), with a lot of friends, talking about the studio's trajectory and the link between Digital Animation and Information Technology (IT).
Genoma took part in this very interesting event with a talk on the studio's track record and most significant achievements over its first 10 years of existence.
In few weeks we'll attend MIPCOM 2011 (Cannes) with MauseCorp, our new tv series project. We'll be located in the Audiovisual from Spain pavilion (thanks to ICEX) with our friends from EXTENDA and Finding4You. See you in Cannes!

Estación Diseño, a design and visual art school located in Granada (Spain), opened its doors last friday June 17th. Genoma Animation, as studio collaborator, was present at the opening day of this center of image culture diffusion.
Last April 6th and 7th Genoma attended the biggest hispanic event in the world about information and communication tecnology, Business TIC 2011, in Sevilla (Spain).
There we showed for first time a project to an investor forum, and also listened to his recommendations and advice on interesting conferences about financing and investment searching.
We were in the Alas Awards ceremony as Granada (Spain) province finalists, in the Starting Exportation category.
Although finally we did not win the award (XTRAICE S.L. took it), it was worth attending this event that also celebrated the 25th aniversary of Extenda, the Andalusian Exterior Promotion Angency which we, from Genoma Animation, appreciate its help on the international markets.
